I love this book, and have tried out quite a lot of the recipes. Mine and DP's top three so far have been the chicken passanda, chicken vindail and the vegetable mahkawala. The latter is definitely the best vegetable curry recipe I have ever found.
I made the Kati Rolls a couple of weekends ago, and they were a bit fiddly but very good, a bit different and really tasty. I think next time I'd cut up the meat smaller and just fry it in a pan fajita-style rather than fiddling about with cooking it on skewers the way he suggests.
