you can freeze fresh herbs in ice-cubes - save for later if you like.

Marjoram is great with tomatoes, try chopping some up and adding it to a pasta sauce, or maybe into a tomato salad. It's also known as oregano. lemon grass is for thai cooking obviously but makes great tea (if you like that kind of thing). Pull off a stem, chop up small and put in your tea pot. Pour on boiling water and leave for 5 mins.

The mint & marjoram will die back but return next spring. The lemon grass is tender so needs to come in. The other one - could it be rosemary? If so it's fabulous with meats, chop some up, mix with oil and rub into lamb before roasting it. Or if you've a fire just chuck a bit on and it'll clear the air in the whole room.

Is your lemon grass lemon balm? I only ask because lemon grass is difficult to grow in this country.
Lemon balm is good for headaches.Rosemary makes a good hair rince for brunettes, just steep it in boiling water & use the water as a final rinse once it has cooled & you have taken the rosemary out.

Chicken barbecued on skewers made of rosemary twigs is lovely too.
