How do you cook it so that it actually tests if something?. I find it completely flavourless. What am i doing wrong?

Steam it for 5-6 minutes, should still be quite firm to the bite. I use it in a lot of dishes I cook. Goes nice with fish dishes or Chinese style ones Smile

It's nice steamed as above and drizzled with oyster sauce and toasted sesame seeds.

I toast some sesame seed in the wok, add a little oil, pak choi, ginger and garlic, high heat, finish with soy, delicious.

I stir fry in a little sesame oil then towards the end add some garlic granules, sesame seeds, fresh-ground black pepper and soy sauce. I often cook it in a mix with Chinese leaf. My family (and me) love this and gobble it up.
