My LO's are going through a phase of not eating veggies (1 year old ok but 4 yr old not good), any ideas?

Steam them, whizz then with a blender, stir tomato puree and basil in, use as pasta sauce, pizza sauce, dippy sauce for wedges ....

Roast tomatoes peppers and onions , add to pan of sautéed celery onion garlic and carrot blend with pasatta. Use this as a spaghetti sauce or to mix with mince for spag Bol/lasagne.

Blend veg into soup

Present a stir fry with crisp sweet veg and chop sticks (for distraction)

Cook them nicely. Not school dinner mush , actually steamed and a little bit crunchy still where they are sweet and delicious.

Raw... carrot, cucumber and peppers cut into stick, cherry tomatoes, .... and then invite a couple of little mates round for the picnic. When the others eat the veg, so will your 4yo.

Raw carrots and red peppers, in sauces, casseroles, frittata.

I've never made any mention of veg being any different from the other food we eat. I never say, "You have to finish your veg" or make a big if DS eats all the veg on his plate. It's just part of the meal IYSWIM. And so far, DS eats pretty much everything.

a small part of my died when I started making hidden veg pasta sauce for DD, but in fact she troughs it up, and after a while I didn't have to whizz it up. Basically, saute whatever veg you fancy (onions, peppers, mushrooms, courgettes, celery) then add passata. Good freezer standby.

She also likes egg friend rice with diced carrot, peas and sweetcorn, but she eats those veg anyway.

Other children eating raw veg has never made DD do the same! She does like raw carrot, but she'd sell her soul for carrots, funny little thing . . .
