Meal plans for my 1 and 2 year olds, please help

I dont have the best diet myself - sometimes pizza, sometimes ready meals, the odd good thing like a roast when DH is home on time. Problem is that I need to feed my 1 and 2 year old DDs and I really want to do separate healthy things for them - every couple of weeks I do a big batch cook of 3 different things but that's it. I'm stuck for ideas. I feel like I'm failing on the food front and my 1 year old is getting fussier and fussier.

Can anyone advise on some meal plans or receipes or books or anything that is simple, not too time consuming to do and means that across 2 weeks I can know what I'm feeding them each day and know that it's good stuff rather than just cobbling things together as I go along (often last minute) and using the same old batch cooked meals?

I like to batch cook and freeze in portions as its easier when I'm stuck for time and tend to do chicken curry, veg pesto cubes for pasta, fish pie, cottage pie, chicken and sweetcorn in white sauce with mash, courgette frittata as well as salmon in cheese sauce with peas.

Not batch cooking but My 4 year old also likes sausage & mash, omelette, fish fingers, potato wedges with beans and cheese and she loves a picnic tea - sandwiches, pitta, carrot sticks and dip or cocktail sausages etc - or homemade pizzas.

I built my list using recipes from annabel karmel - DD likes the chicken and apricot curry - and the supermarket websites and meal planning threads on here are good for inspiration.

Thanks for your reply! I'm going to get an Annabel Karmel book and try and have a go at some of the things you've mentioned.

The other way to do it is to take bits of your good meals, and heat them up the following day, and cook extra of other bits to freeze. ie if your having something with roasted veg as a side, make double (triple) the veg, and blend as pasta sauce or mash (depending on Mediterranean veg or root veg) for the kids in the freezer.

Spag bol is very popular here, so I'd have mince, tomato sauce in small tubs in the freezer.
Stirfry noodles are popular (left over raw veg, strips of the weekends roast, noodles)

Yes, sausages, fish fingers etc are in our freezer.
