Struggling with a lowish calorie, cut price meal plan - please help if you can

I'm trying to cut back considerably on supermarket spending, so for the last few months my meal plans have concentrated on being cheap. However, I've got a lot of baby weight to lose and at the mo am putting pounds on rather than otherwise.

So this week I'm hoping to count calories, and am looking to do evening meals around 500 cal or so (will adjust for the kids via their lunches, snacks and so on). But now that I'm sitting down to plan tomorrow's shop, my mind is a blank and I'm beginning to fret about it.

Could anyone share some good ideas / recipes, please?

I don't know if I can help, but a healthy low Cal meal plan for me would be
Monday- lunch- minestrone soup
Dinner- baked fillet of fish with basil, fennel and new potatoes.

Tuesday- lunch- omelette
Dinner- stuffed butternut squash (stuffed with green lentils, onions, chilli and herbs)

Wednesday- lunch- beans on toast
Dinner- pork casserole (tomato based, one pork steak each) with new potatoes

Thursday- lunch- egg wrap
Dinner- chickpea curry with rice

Friday- lunch- jacket potato
Dinner- fritatta

Saturday- lunch, red lentil and chickpea soup
Dinner- filo pastry topped chicken and mushroom pie

Sunday- lunch, noodles in miso soup
Dinner, chicken roast without gravy

Good food magazine has the Cal value of all the meals included, which I always find useful. Good food online is very useful for low Cal meals too. And the skinny foodie blog has some good ideas

I could happily eat all of that! And because it's not overly meaty that kind of thing shouldn't be too dear. Thank you.
