Can I freeze yorkshire pudding batter?

Just made too much batter, seems a waste to tip it down the sink, would it freeze well? Or, can I freeze the extra yorkies? Thanks in advance.

I freeze any left over Yorkies. And re heat from frozen for DC in the week.

Thank you very much. Are they a bit soggy when you heat them up? Actually, I'm sure my children wouldn't notice, never mind care, if they were soggy!

I freeze leftover batter. Defrost it at room temp (or in the microwave very very carefully), give it a good stir and its fine.
