Frozen low fat yoghurt is so much more expensive than ordinary low fat yoghurt.

Would it help is I whipped it or something?

Yes I think so. Doesn't adding a bit of booze help as that stops it freezing solid?

Ok ok I am marking my place as I'd like to know the answer too! Grin

That should have been 'if I' obviously Blush I am not trying to be gangsta.

Booze you say? won't that spoil the healthy low fat aspect of it?

Spirits are fairly low cal

I think you need to scrape it with a fork when it is a sort of slushy consistency. Wouldnt know when this is though. Depends on quantity.

I think you need to stir it quite vigorously with a fork after a couple of hours to prevent crystals forming.

I'm sure I read somewhere something about adding glucose syrup to it before freezing....(sorry for being so vague, really should have googled before posting!)
