I have just started weaning this week and have made my first batch of carrot & sweet potato in ice cube tray for freezer.
Question is, If I'm buying organic fruit and veg, using a steamer and spending time making sure that DS has a healthy diet, is freezing the excess defeating the purpose? I've read online that there is no evidence to back this up although in my Harold Mgees Food Book he seems to think so.
Any ideas? Anyone cook fresh everyday? Opinions pls x
