Put a layer of onions down, then place chicken thighs on top. Tin of chopped tomatoes on top, squirt of honey, and some pieces of garlic thrown in for good measure. Cook in the oven at 200 for approx 45 mins, or until chicken cooked through. (If you want crispy skin on the chicken, take the lid off the tagline for 10-15 mins before serving.

I love my tagine, I don't use it enough.

I do this in the tagine; cook it for ages in oven, really tasty

Make it up! Use prunes and apricots to add 'authentic' feel. This sort of dish is cooked onion meat first then turned up other way when served to let juices go thru. V yummy! Good purchase!

Lamb Tagine is one of my favourite ever. Various recipes around. I find it best made the day before.
