Cheapish implement to mince raw veg

I'm at my wits end trying to get my toddler to eat veg. I can get them down if I hide them in sauces all minced up but it's so difficult to chop them finely kitchen aid or processor just for this.

Are there any cheaper alternatives?

V grateful if you know of anything!

Cheese grater? One of the box ones or even a barrell one would take a lot of the effort out for you Smile

I don't have personal experinec (I just use a knife) but these used to be advertised as a wonder gadget a few years ago:
www.focalprice.com/HJ745W/Mini_Press_Design_Onion_Vegetable_Chopper_Cutter_White.html?Currency=GBP
and they do sell them in lots of places.
Good hunting :-)

I use a grater for all vaguely hard stuff - carrots, butternut squash etc

If I want to make a smoothish sauce, I grate the veg too. Lakeland have a table mounted one which would be v easy
