How to re-heat cookedham so it doesn't lose its allure?

Wink So I cooked the ham in coke and since it's only me and DD most of it is in the freezer now. I cut it into thick slices. How do I re-heat them? Don't really want to fry them as I'm afraid they might go all hard?

What about putting them in a little bit of water to warm them up? Confused
I will shred some of it for pasta or some kind of pie but would also like to have the slices with roast potatoes, for example.

TBH I have some ham now to re-heat so if you hurried up, it would be grand. Grin.

Yes, I get it, it's not the most exciting thread but come on. I need to eat.

I just love the thought of ham having 'allure' Grin - sorry, not helpful.

I would warm it gently in a little stock/water.

Well, thank you! That's enough. A bit of stock is a good idea ( not that I have any at the mo short of a gelly knorr cube).

grill them?

We have ours cold with fresh roast potatoes and veg. Or mash. Or jackets.

Or make a ham and leek bake with cheese sauce and bung it in the oven.
