Fish meals I can reheat for my toddler the next day

I am worried that my toddler (18 months) doesn't eat enough white fish. I don't have time to cook during the day so I do any cooking after he is in bed. Therefore I need fish recipes that can cope with reheating the next day. Any ideas? I'm not very good with fish so something simple would be good. At the moment all he ever gets is fish fingers!

How about fish pie? I used to make a huge one and freeze individual portions to reheat when defrosted.
Baked fish made into pasta sauce with cheese and herbs? Or even just bake a fish fillet during the day and flake it with some potatoes and veg - I know you said you didn't cook but that would take 10 mins tops to get ready to cook and possibly you have time earlier in the day?

You can also buy ready steamed chilled fish which you could make into a salad or add other ingredients to.

I stick a bit of white fish in foil with lemon juice and garlic or anything you fancy and bake it in the oven. Then serve with boiled potatoes or wedges and something green. I cook this for me and DH and then warm up a portion for DS the next day.

I poach an inch thick piece of fish (takes five minutes) then flake into a veg or cheese sauce. Takes less time than fish fingers :-)

Inch wide even!
