If you were putting together a present for a breadmaker owner what book/ingredients would you include?

As the title says really....can you recommend a good book (for example I was wondering about The Breadmaker Bible by Karen Saunders)?

Any interesting ingredients other than nuts and seeds?

I bought my DP How to Bake by Paul Hollywood, it came a few days ago and looks like a great book, some of the recipes look amazing and it's full of good tips.
I also bought him a flexible dough scraper, but he makes his bread/pizzas without a breadmaker so not sure if you'd need a dough scraper if you were using a machine. But apparently they are v.handy, DP has wanted one for a while Grin

I haven't read The Breadmaker Bible, but I do have Traditional Breads for your Breadmaker, also by Karen Saunders. It's fab and has lots of British regional recipes, some of them loaves that you bake in the breadmaker, but others things where you make the dough and then shape it into buns. It even has cake recipes, but I've not yet tried making cake in my breadmaker Confused

I use this book all the time.

Some of the more exotic bread mixes are useful if you haven't a lot of time. Or put together a selection of dried fruits eg cranberries, blueberries etc.

A nice cooling rack may be useful too....

The Cook's Encyclopedia of Bread Machine Baking love mine, great recipes inside.
