I was making a pasta based meal for the DC, but I don't like bolognaise so I usually do something veg based for me. I like Carluccio's matchstick courgette fried in olive oil with chilli. That day I had some leftover slices of a really good quality black pudding from Sunday brunch, so I chopped it up into small cubes and stir fried it along with the courgette and chilli.
IT TASTED BLOODY AMAZING! Much better than any of the individual ingredients would lead you to suspect. And so easy too.
