Any ideas on how to get protein into baby's food without them knowing?

Hi!, I'm new to mumsnet and if this topic has been mentioned before, forgive me. I was scrolling down the list of topics in this section and could not seem to find anything that answered my question. My dd is 19 months and like most other toddlers it would appear used to be a good eater, but not anymore. She won't eat any fish, chicken, mince, egg , cheese or veggies. I am at a loss and would like to get some protein into her diet without her objecting!

I would like tips or possibly any recipes for improving her diet which is basically appaling. She is not one for chewing but doesn't seem to have any problems in eating a biscuit or piece of chocolate!!

Thanks for reading!

Thanks collision for the receipe. I was not blitzing my sauce nor adding the carrot or celery. I was also using lamb. Infact I was making the tomato sauce separately to the mince (I don't know why!!) - probably why dd did not like it.

DD used to like tomato flavoured foods and sauces but now seems to like creamy blander sauces.

Do you have any good receipes for these types of sauces?

I bought Annabel Karmel's book when dd was 9 months old (the latest version) and tried loads of receipes. I ended up throwing the whole lot away. She just wouldn't eat anything!, so I gave up but I now feel more inspired and will try again.

Thanks everyone for all your comments!

Fimbles

DH is here with recipes so here is a recipe for

Creamy Tuna and Courgette Pasta

Fry half chopped onion and garlic in oil. Slice thin slices of courgette and fry til golden brown. Add tin of tuna and fry for 2 mins. Drop of white wine (optional) Leave to evaporate. Add a little single cream (to the consistency you like)
Blitz if you like. My ds loves this.

(For adults, dont blitz and add some saffron at the same time as the wine!)

Let me know if you need anymore recipes and I will pick dh 's brain!
