How do you wrap a wrap?

Silly question but whenever I try and make wraps for lunchboxes they just unravel and fall apart - how can I get them to stay in one piece and wrapped?

I roll mine in tin foil!

But then when you open the tin foil does it not just fall apart??

Put the fillings in the centre of the wrap, fold the sides in until they go over the filling, and then roll from the bottom to the top, done! Wrap it in foil and tell them to peel the foil as they eat if it looks like it could fall apart. Just don't overfill it, and put some moisture on the edges to give it some sticking power. I've never had one fall apart doing it like that :)

Do you do anything to them like heat them first? I've given up as they just seem to tear.

I fold the bottom up and then roll, then nothing comes out of the bottom while eating. You can also stick the end down with a bit of any spread used in the middle, so pb or cream cheese or whatever.
