Cookie / Baking Sheet and Liner

I've been getting by using oven tray type things (with edges/lips) but I'd like to get a couple of good cookie tray's, the ones with no lip so I can potentially cook a batch of biscuits in one go not three and some non stick liners so I can stop plowing through the baking paper at an alarming rate! Any recommendations? Best to go with Lakeland products or will something from Dunelm Mill be okay?

kwiidreamer, they have plenty of the tins your asking about in Dunelm, large baking sheets they call them.

Have you any experience of the Cookshop brand they sell, will they keep their shape / not warp?

Mmmm not sure, they do seem really cheap, so guessing probaly no the best quality, best stick with Lakeland, not at all cheap as we all know, but worth it.

Tricky thing is that there are very mixed reviews for the Lakeland products I've discovered just now, seems silly to pay £12 for a baking sheet that may end up the same as a £2 one!!!

If anyone has a baking sheet that hasnt warped with repeated use I'd love to know the brand :) I'm okay with getting a couple of reusuable non stick liners if the non stick is a bit iffy but really dont want a sheet that warps.

I'd buy one then if they're that cheap, got nothing to lose by by trying it out first, then if it warps, then plan B.
