Please help me!! lol

2 of us on diet, one of us is a fussy eater! mentions no names Hmm

I need healthy, cheap and quick meal ideas (30 mins or shorter to prepare and cook would be ideal!)

Fussy eater requirements - only eats chicken and steak as meats; veggies need to be pureed and hidden in sauces, no beans/pulses, no eggs (unless mixed in with other foods and can't be tasted). I'll add more if I can think of anymore!

Is this a tall order? Help! Thanks :o

Who is this fussy eater that will only eat pureed hidden vegetables? Please god, not a grown up....

It's not me and it's the only way they have agreed to eat veg. I figure it's better than not eating any veg!

That's not the point. If you cater to this person's restrictive tastes you're not helping them develop the eating habits that will keep them a healthy weight and well-nourished. Present them with a varied diet including fish, vegetables, pulses, eggs etc. and they have a straight choice to eat or not eat. If they're hungry enough, they will conquer their fears. If they don't want to eat, they'll lose a bit of weight. Win-win

Would the fussy eater eat grated veggies? Savoury pancakes with finely chopped/grated vege is how we eat up the lesser favoured veggies and leftover veggies. Eggs in pancakes too. Healthy. And not quite hidden. May be a step towards full-blown small pieces of vege instead of puree?
