Seeded bread for beginners. Which seeds to use?

We make our own bread in a machine and have recently changed to wholemeal. Ds tried seeded bread from waitrose for the first time today and didn't seem to notice ( is a notoriously fussy water). So I thought I would try my own. Which seeds go down well with your family?

I buy an 'Omega' seed mix from Julian Graves that has a mixture of sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and linseeds in it. I use about 3 tablespoons in a loaf.

DS1 does not like most seeds in bread though DS2 would eat anything. I mostly use a combination of oat, wheatgerm, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds and poppy seeds, depending on whether I can find them or not in the cupboards.

Sunflower, linseed, pumpkin, poppy and occasionally some kibbled rye.

I really like sunflour and pumkin seeds in bread.
don't put too many in at first (maybe half a cup to start with and work your way up).
what is also utterly delicious is to let the seeds germ, just until the little root is a milimeter long, then roast them in a pan without oil before adding to the dough.
