Whole grain is a product made using all the parts of any grain.... oat, wheat, rye etc. Whole wheat is the same thing but specifically wheat. Wholemeal usually describes product made with whole wheat flour. Whole grains are high in fibre and rich in nutrients. How healthy wholegrain products are rather depends on what else the grain has been added to and how processed the whole thing is. Simple, good quality wholemeal bread... great. Some kind of wholewheat biscuit product full of fat, salt, sugar and other additives... enjoy sparingly.
