Reheatable dinners

A few nights per week DH eat separately as I go out to work before he gets home. I often prepare rice dishes for him as they reheat well. He hates cheese, tomatoes and not so keen on potatoes unless they are chips (which for some reason he doesn't mind the reheated version!) He is too hungry and impatient to cook anything for himself and given I am at home all day and work part time I am happy to be the cook. What would you make?

Will he not eat anything with tomatoes in, such as bolognese or chilli con carne?

No mash or jacket potatoes?

What does he eat? Will he eat chicken, lamb, beef, fish etc.

Stew? Curry? Cottage pie? Corned beef hash? One pot stuff like that. Can be left in a slow cooker or low oven or even microwaved.

Chicken, onion, mushrooms, peppers etc. in a flour tortilla fajita style or with 2 minute thread noodles.

Lamb, pork or beef mince, finely chopped veg and the Chinese sauce of your choice or just a bit of stock and a shake of soya sauce is also brilliant with quick noodles.

Couscous microwaves back to life quite happily. I often have the packet stuff for lunch and DD1 finishes the other half after school.
