fussy eater -doesn't want to eat protein; any suggestions for meal ideas

my 3yo is a fussy eater - doesn't like saucy food, only dry and crispy. Does anyone have any recipe ideas to get her to eat as i am slowly running out of ideas! Desperately need lunch ideas too.
She loves to eat fruit and veg and often asks for brocolli or peas with her meals, which is great, but it's a struggle to get her to eat sources of protein. Eggs - will only eat scrambled (occasionally), cheese - will only eat cheese on toast or rarely she will have it if she sees me cutting some; pulses - loves humous but something like baked beans is a no no; meat - will eat my meatballs, will eat cold ham, won't eat sausages, have to disguise chicken in a biryani, pork in chinese; fish - fish fingers at a push but no other types.

I eat everything in front of her making all the yummy sounds and offer her to try some of mine. Going a little demented so any recipes and or suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

My ds1 would vomit if I gave him meat, he's 7 now and will eat it now, but not meatballs!
I would blend it to a pulp and mix in with mashed potatoes, and sauce. As you can't do sauce blend the chicken and put into mashed potato, egg and breadcrumb and fry to make fingers. I also did this with mince. Make your own nuggets, because then you know they are not processed.
I also got one of those chopper things to cut the meat really small.

Try not to worry as I persevered and it hasn't affected his growth or development. I think the serving of protein is the size of their palm, so not much! Don't comment too much as I learnt though bitter experience you can't make them eat it!

Hi, it actually sounds like she's eating quite decent range so don't worry too much? I know that sounds unhelpful but I honestly think if she will eat houmous/cheese on toast/chicken/fish fingers/meatballs/ham/scrambled egg that is a good start.

I give protein as snacks sometimes, say peanut or other nut butter (the stuff that is just nuts and no crap) on crackers, flaked almonds, chick peas in a tub. Homemade cheese straws. Pancakes/welsh cakes for breakfast have eggs in them. Veggie burgers or falafels. Ham and cheese muffins.

I'd cut back on the yum noises and maybe just put a range of things out and see if she tries any new ones over the next 6 months or so.

A few glasses of milk a day... fruit yoghurts? Try not to worry too much.

Soy beans - my DC love these sprayed with garlic juice or tossed in a bit of oil and garlic powder!

Crunchy chick pea noodles. Much better than crisps IMHO
