Sweet treats to cook with young kids (no heat)

I promised my goddaughter we'd make some sweet treats this weekend. She's only 4 and I'd rather not use heat. Any suggestions for things we can make other than out of marzipan?

Peppermint creams?

Coconunt ice?

Would you be ok melting chocolate in the microwave? Wouldn't be any danger but opens up the possibilities (rice krispie cakes, condensed milk fudge).

Peanut Butter Balls...but you do need to melt the chocolate in the microwave. But the kids can do everything else.

Ooh, peanut butter balls are fab!! I had some at a friend's house recently (made with rice krispies rather than graham crackers in the recipe above0 but absolutely delicious.

sugar mice? Mum used to make them with me and my sister (basic fondant mix, I think) although this was in the 80s when eating chunks of sugar held together with raw egg whites and dyed with cochineal was considered par for the course...

Mini bounty bars/balls again with the melting chocolate.
