Rice cakes?

L/f cup soups?

When I was on ww I used to eat the Quorn mini savoury eggs, 1pt each. I also used to eat loads of pickles - but that's veg which isn't what u want

Boiled egg, without the buttery toast.

FrillyMilly · 16/01/2012 15:33

Crispbread
Cereal bar
Yoghurt
Rice pudding
Jelly pot

Obviously the low fat options of the above.

Boiled eggs. I boil a couple most days to take to work.

LaurieFairyCake · 16/01/2012 15:42

Lots of crisps are about 100 calories - my favourites are individual bags of marmite rice cakes or French fries or wotsits.

One of the tastier Ryvita with cottage cheese
A chicken drumstick without the skin

Protein will keep you feeling 'fuller' longer than carbs,

So cold meat, chicken, eggs are all good choices. As are light babybell's.

GrimmaTheNome · 16/01/2012 15:44

A few nuts. The trick here is not to scoff them in quantity.

GrimmaTheNome · 16/01/2012 15:47

As are light babybell's.
or a cheesestring - they take longer to eat if you do it properly and string them down Grin

moosemama · 16/01/2012 15:49

Indigo is right, a small amount of protein will keep you going longer than carbs, so a handful of nuts (unsalted), light babybell, hard boiled egg?

Jacksterbear · 16/01/2012 15:50

Slice of ham.

Sparklingblue · 16/01/2012 15:51

We have just started trying these: www.graze.com - healthy snack boxes. You can go on the website to specify the kind of things you like/dislike. We've had two boxes so far and they have been a great success.

seeds

StealthPolarBear · 16/01/2012 15:51

When I want to pick at something savoury I have pickled onions

PestoFrostissimo · 16/01/2012 15:52

olives

PopcornMouse · 18/01/2012 17:02

Mini pepperamis are nice but expensive when they're not on offer. Yoghurt. 100kcal crisp bags. Babybells (which are nice melted in the microwave with celery or carrots)

PopcornMouse · 18/01/2012 17:03

Oh and miso soup sachets and alpen light bars! :)
