American ingredient translation please?

What is the difference between Dutch-processed cocoa powder and regular? Help!

Dutch process is less acidic than normal cocoa powder.

Green and blacks says its 'Dutched'. (TBH it tastes much the same to me as Bournville so maybe that is)

I think Dutched is standard in the UK. If you look on the ingredient panel, it will say that it has either sodium or potassium carbonate added to it.

IIRC it was just fresh pressed apple juice. Not the pasteurised, filtered type.

Apple juice - it is lovely and fresh tasting - nothing like UHT apple juice.

It is not alcoholic - that would be hard cider.
