Help ~ can you find this recipe? (choc pudding)

Ok so years ago I found a recipe in a mag for a choc pudding that was baked in the oven. Really quick and easy but lost the scap of paper and I really want to find it.

It was a chuck it all in together sponge type mix but them when it was in the tray you put water on top and it created a choc sauce, possibly with butter as well.

Does it ring a bell with anyone? I only made it once and would love to find it.

Tia

There's a Nigel Slater one in the October Sainsbury's magazine - will post later if you want it.

Okay:

Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding

150g self-raising flour
2 lightly-heaped tbsp cocoa powder
45g ground almonds
200g light muscovado
75g dark choc, finely chopped
200mL milk
Large knob (about 25g) of butter, melted
Few drops vanilla extract
1 large egg

for the sauce
175g golden caster sugar
75g cocoa powder
500mL freshly boiled water

Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan/G4

Lightly butter baking dish (approx 1.5L capacity)
Put flour, cocoa, almonds, muscovado and chocolate in a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl whisk together milk, butter, vanilla and egg
Pour milk mix into dry ingredients, stir thoroughly, and pour into buttered dish.

For sauce, mix together golden caster sugar and cocoa powder and scatter over the batter in the dish. Pour the 500mL freshly boiled (not boiling) water into the dish.

Place in oven for 40 mins until top is springy. Leave to settle for 10 minutes (essential!) before serving.

Enjoy! Might just have to give this a go. I've done Nigella's sticky toffee one, with the same strange boiled water technique, and that was okay, though not a patch on the Cartmel Village Shop one. Think they do a chocolate one as well, btw!
