I have just mamanged go get both my ds 2yrs and dd 3yrs eating both brocolli and caulilfour!! (pretty amazed tbh!)

But that was doing a 'family' meal, all of us together, eating all the same food. A bi of a mix of veggies they will eat, peas/carrots/sweetcorn then chucking in a random vegetable and to keep on trying it.

Also lots of bribary...we have icecream for pudding! You can only have some if you try/taste/lick the random veg!!!

But they will eat peas, corn and carrots fairly happily. As well as tomatoes and cucumber.

Thats my total veg accomplishment tho...they won't eat pears, oranges or any exotic/citrus fruit

Bribery.

We used to have treat sized mars bars etc, and each child got one if they finished their dinner (they were allowed to leave some of the carb part if they weren't that hungry).

try whatever you can!

i hide it in whatever i can by grating or chopping very small etc..

i offer raw veg sometimes...eg fishfingers and chips served with a little bowl on the side with raw carrot and cut up apple. in fact, my kids will eat loads more raw veg than cooked...

name it differently...broccoli are tiny trees.

Put the veg on their fork and ask them to 'hold' it for you and not eat it whilst you talk to someone or just turn away for a minute to do something. Odds are they will eat it! DS2 falls for this every time

Give them raw vegetables, mine have always eaten raw carrots, fennel, sugar snap peas, tomatoes etc.

Grated cheese on top; tomato ketchup as a 'dip'; stir fry it with noodles.
