I'm thinking of mixes such as parmesan and sun-dried tomato etc.

I can find Ciabatta in Lidl but nothing in Asda.

Thank you

Sainsburys do a good range.

You just cut up the tomato etc and add it to the flour, don't you?

Hmm

Thanks

I see Sainsburys stock a brand by Wrights. I'll give it a go.

Lidl do 5 or 6 different ones but availability varies (as with all Lidl stuff)

If you get a good basic mix mastered then once the dough is mixed you can bung in any number of things: marmalade (makes lovely toast), raisons and mixed spice, choc chips and orange rind, garlic powder or dried wild garlic (again toast and spread with butter when hot), sundried tomatos etc. Or make the dough and then shape as rolls moisten slightly and roll in oats/ cheese/ mixed seeds/ sesame seeds etc (NB for making rolls you need a bit less water so they're not too sloppy - I use 300ml to 500g flour rather than 350ml to 500g flour for a loaf)

really, don't, just buy a bunch of ingredients that you fancy like different nuts or seeds, sun-dried toms etc. much cheaper.
