hi, have foraged for wild garlic and blackberries before but would like to try find some elderberry, sloes, etc...
does anyone know any good websites/info?

WIll look some websites, books and esp ProfYaffle's blog!
Have found and picked some rosehips from my local park and just finished boiling it down to syrup!!
A neighbourly friend is letting me pick quinces off her tree!! - not quite foraging but wow this is fun.
Would also like to get into mushroom foraging at the nearby heath-like green but seems a bit too scary!!!
I'm in the southwest so a bit milder(?) weather than other areas of the country!

Thanks for the tip about the mushroom book moonface (that's my Dad's nickname for my Mum, feels a bit familiar calling you that!) we're just getting into mushrooms so that could be useful.

Piglips - that's one of the side effects of foraging, once people know you're into it they start contacting you to help out with excess fruit in their garden. You can also try freeycle, windfall fruit is very often offered on there. I'm v envious of the wild garlic btw, I've yet to find some near here although I did plant some in my garden.
