Apart from stuffing them with cream cheese, that is!

Any suggestions?

I have put them in light prawn curries before.

I also use them with salads as a substitute for more fattening things like coleslaw, salad cream, etc.

And they go well with tinned mackerel.

Must get some. I always used to have a jar on the go.

good on pizza too

You do mean the pickled ones in jars don't you ... ?

I always have some of these about the place, I love them.

You can eat them in a cheese sandwich or on top of cheesy baked potatoes and the like, mixed with salad, on top of more bland things like lentils and rice, with fish (chopped into a breadcrumb crust thingy)or just eat them out the jar Blush

I have a delicious recipe where I just take them out the jar and pop them in my mouth one after the other like I'm demented.

I love them !

Sarah Raven has a delish recipe stuffing them with a spiced rice mix, Turkish style and serving with a chilli/herb/tomato sauce.

Can post recipe if you are interested.

I just love the serving suggestion they put on the peppadew jars:

"Toss into a fresh green salad"

...FNAAARRR!

This recipe for mango chicken uses them and is really delicious - even my picky 10-year-old loves it.
It's especially good with stir-fried veg - we don't bother with rice and just have the chicken and veg.

Have them with pate on crusty bread.

Love them Grin
