Healthy snacks - a new approach

Ages ago on mumsnet I read about Graze and I have only just tried it!

They send you a selection box of 4 different healthy snacks by post every week for £2.99. You can get them delivered directly to your work if that suits you.

I signed up on a first box free, second box half price offer and had my first box this week. It contained some mixed nuts and seeds, 2 different selections of dried fruit and intriguingly "Wasapeas" which I think are dried peas with hot horseradishy flavour???? Anyway these were a huge hit in my office. The standard box of four snacks are more than you would eat on one day, I would say you would want one or two of them a day. All my colleagues have signed up for a free trial and I am quite excited to see what comes in their boxes!

You get to choose from around 200 snacks which ones you like/ dislike then they send you a random 4 in your box each week.

If you would like to use my code for a free first box and half price second box it is RLBJJHTB. You can cancel at any time.

I signed up to Graze a few months ago, having heard about it hear! It is fab. I work 3 days a week, and get my box delivered to home the day before I start work, put it in my work bag and there are my snacks for my working week. Have not scoffed doghnuts in the canteen since!

"Wasapeas" are dried peas and wasabi - Japanese Horseradish.

I don't get it, why don't you just buy healthy snacks from the supermarket or healthfood shop then bung them in a bag or box ??
I am confused.

Me too.
Sounds nuts.
Money for old rope, or rather people who can't stop sacking or can't put some stuff together themselves for fraction of cost.

They saw you coming and the £££ flashed before their eyes.

I am constantly sacking myself, it's not good for the waist line! Smile

I'm not organised enough to buy snacks from a health shop each week and I don't have time either.

I like the wide variety of snacks and tge suprised of not knowing what you'll get!

Snacks stop me from getting blood sugar lows which if you suffer from them are very unpleasant.
