Help Startinf my first job, need easy meal plans for week

Am starting my first "proper" job after having my 3 children. I have a nanny looking after them during the day who is absolutley lovely but has never cooked! She is happy to prepare meals but just needs basic dinners. I will be getting in just after 5.30 and want to eat with my children so we have agreed that she will start the dinner and I will finish it off and dish up.
Do any of you have any easy dinner menus that I can suggest to her? Otherwise I think I will be staying up late cooking batches of lasagne and shepherds pie to freeze!
Thanks

I'd be looking at sauces, bakes or casseroles really that don't mind sitting around for a while in a low oven. Macaroni cheese, bolognese with pasta, chicken casserole, jacket potatoes etc. Alternatively, something that can be quickly popped under the grill and served with some salad/rice/noodles and ketchup. Sausages, kebabs, beefburgers.

Pasta is your friend! Macaroni cheese, tomato-based sauce topped with grated cheese, pesto from a jar or tuna and sweetcorn. Spaghetti carbonara is also very quick.

Eggs are also a good one. Omelettes, fritatta or eggy bread/French toast etc.

If your kids are slightly more adventurous, you can make super quick curries and tagines with a tin of chickpeas or mixed beans. Takes 20 mins to cook.

Jacket potatoes / sweet potatoes with fillings.

I do rely on freezer food a lot in the week - fishcakes, veggie sausages etc - with rice/mashed potato & steamed veg or salad. Frozen pizzas with our own toppings added, too.

Batch-making sauces, as suggested above, is really easy - they will last for months in the freezer. A bolognese-type sauce can be used with pasta or to make cottage pie or chill con carne, or as a filling for jacket potatoes.

Curry pastes- simply fry chicken/beef/veg in the curry paste, add tin chopped tomatoes and tin coconut milk and boil rice at same time.

Risotto - fry onions and chopped veg, add rice and stock then leave for 20 mins, topping up with stock if required. Can be left warm on the hob once done
