How many of these fish can I have in 70 litres?

I have a Juwel 70 litre tank. Currently have 5 Endlers, 2 red whiptails and 2 dwarf rainbows.

I'd like to add another dwarf rainbow at least as one is chasing the other, I originally had 3 but one died, they weren't chasing up to that point. Fairly sure both are male due to fin colour.

I'd also like to add a few cardinal tetras for colour.

Ideas on numbers?

Thanks. I bought the red whiptails from my local shop, I'm sure he said the red whiptails won't grow any bigger, they're about 3 inches.

My water's about 27 degrees, is that too warm?

A true Red Lizard Whiptail should max out at 4". As long as you have a decent filter (catfish can poop a lot), you should be ok.

You may be able to squeeze in 3 more Rainbows just to make their group a bit happier but I wouldn't add anything else.

Maybe it's tank upgrade time instead ;)
