Can anyone recommend any films as spooky as the first Conjuring movie?

Oujia: Origin of Evil. Much better than the film it sequels.

wasn’t expecting much but it was great!

The Others really scared me.
As did Sinister.
The Mothman Prophecies really stayed with me for a long time afterwards - sometimes less is more.
I found Event Horizon terrifying.
Hated Hereditary - regret ever watching it.

The first Paranormal Activity really frightened me to the point I couldn't sleep for a few weeks, if that's the kind of thing you're looking for . Sinister was also really creepy.
