Did anyone else hear this? It was an interview with John and Amy Hung alongside Queen Camilla and Theresa May who was guest editing the Today programme on Radio 4 this morning.

It was so moving how far they’ve come, their sheer strength of character and the good they are doing from this utter tragedy to raise awareness of VAWG / domestic abuse and male online toxicity. They were so impressive.

its at 8.10 am on the Today programme on Sounds of anyone’s interested in listening.

I think I heard the last third of it.John and Amy Hunt, as you say were incredible. I also thought Teresa May was really interesting( never thought I would say that). Camilla sounded bloody awful imo. Bumbling and mumbling and saying 'if their wife/ mother,daughters/ sisters' could see them they would be so happy and proud! I think it unfortunate in some ways that a 'high profile' person is often needed to get more people to take notice. ( not so bad I suppose if they are articulate and know their stuff).I am not a Royalist but was prepared to be interested in what Camilla had to say and based on what I heard it was not great .I will listen to it all later today.
It was incredibly moving listening to John and Amy.

Camilla was OK, she recounted her history of sexual assault when young and said how cross it made her. Regrettably, she didn't repeat her mother's advice to kick such an attacker in the balls.

I did hear her recount her experience. Maybe it is me..as in I am not keen on the 'wherever they are they would be so proud of you' talk. Regardless it waa a really powerful interview with John and Amy and as pp said, incredibly moving.

I haven't watched it but I will. That event left me speechless. One of those crimes for which the death penalty would have been appropriate. I'm so glad the perpetrator is paralysed after being shot by the police. Hope he has a miserable existence.

I think hearing the Queen talk about it is helpful to remind us that this can affect any woman. There's always a temptation to think social ills are only really a problem on council estates or whatever.
