Women cohort training

I have the opportunity to apply for a womens cohort training programme
It's aimed for women wanting to specialise or promotion. It's to help with issues faced by women but I also need to explain what I can offer the cohort. I have brain fog and my mind has gone blank. Any ideas please greatly appreciated.

Those kinds of 'what are you really good at?' questions are always really hard for me too...I think girls (much more so than boys) are used to our credentials being scrutinised and our 'expertise' questioned and doubted. Which can make stating something as bold as - I am good at this... feel almost impossible. So without having a clue what you actually are good at I'll try to give a bunch of ideas to hopefully inspire you.

Are you
good at maths, taking in numerical data such as balance sheets year end results, producing / reading graphs and charts, interpreting statistics. This is a rarer skill than you might think.

good at taking in written information such that you can skim read to get the gist of things very quickly, do detailed reads to pick out key facts and produce a verbal or written summary or an article or a paper for the group.

good at active listening to help draw out feelings and experiences from less outgoing members of the group.

good at critical thinking and following chains of logic to predict possible future events and trends.

good at writing a well reasoned argument with evidence to reflect the conclusions of a group.

Thanks for the reply. It's quite vague really but I am really rubbish at selling my strengths

You might find it helpful to spend a bit of time with one of the many "your working style" kinds of personality quizzes. They are mostly unscientific claptrap and I wouldn't rely on their results or quote them as a reputable source of evidence, but the paragraphs about strengths and weaknesses which you get at the end can be a useful starting point. Some of the statements made will be wrong but that's ok, you will recognise the wrong ones and be able to rephrase them more accurately, and when something resonates as true you'll be able to think of examples that prove it.

@KaihahUmoniiv I think that's a great idea it's much easier to correct something that's wrong than to start from a blank piece of paper
