I now make a conscious effort not to use these moronic companies that bow down to the Woke-ists.

This isn't wokedom - I'd say it was the opposite.

It's being old fashioned, and sticking with everyday sexism 'Mansize' for large tissues had been in use for decades, and I though had now been dropped everywhere. Clearly not.

I do wonder what goes through the minds of the staff making and marketing this stuff that leads then to choose the outdated name?

OTOH - the concept ofm'man flu' never quite goes away, does it? Perhaosmthey shouid be remarketed as hankies for hypochondriacs?

I thought they were called man size cause they weren’t designed for the face...... instead for body fluid produced by males.

Yes, I think that was the point.

I'm confused. What's wrong with mansize tissues?

Why do men need a specific size of tissue?

(Can't see M&S stocking a 'wank tissue' and suspect that history of the name is urban myth!)

I wonder if posters here say man flu?

I seem to remember the smaller size being called 'cosmetic tissues', though maybe that was only the cuboid boxes.

A mansize tissue would be far too big to put in your pocket even if you were a bloke in a suit. It'd be like a small sheet.Grin

'Mansize' always was daft - the normal labelling now as 'large' is much more sensible.

The only thing that bothers me here is the price. £1.70 for a box of tissues!
