Brought to you by the same people that failed to record over 80,000 crimes in one year, and that's real crimes with victims, not non crime hate incidents etc.
Had this girl been the daughter of a member of the judiciary or God forbid an MP, it would never have panned out like this. "So much for Lessons have been learned"
Yet again the Maggie Oliver foundation carrying out some sterling work where nobody else wants to go.

155 police officers from GMP have asked to be transferred to neighbouring forces so far this year. It's also the same force that a serving police officer said "I wouldn't feel confident reporting a crime to my own police force."

There seems to be a serious issue going unaddressed, for a period of years now. Where is the accountability? Is it Andy Burnham's responsibility, or central govt?

New GMP Chief Constable Stephen Watson admitted the victim, from Rochdale, had been let down by the investigation and said it "simply isn't good enough".
There's another thread about this bloke. When he started the role the message he sent was not promising...

"We went in and the detective we spoke to already had a pile of papers on his desk and a photograph," she said.
"He asked us 'is this the man in question?' and we said 'yes' and he said 'yeah, we know a lot of stuff about this man'.
"So I just thought 'brilliant, they already know who he is so it will be dealt with really, really well'."
And the implication is, multiple reports, and they STILL aren't doing anything.?
They can fuck off with their apology. It's meaningless.
