BSD-friendly ready meals

I live overseas but I’m coming back to the UK for a short visit in a few weeks. Here I cook from scratch but I’ll be at my parents with a tiny cluttered kitchen and no decent knives etc. I’ve been doing the blood-sugar diet for a couple of months and although I don’t need to be too strict while I’m there I want to follow the general low-carb principles. So what lovely BSD-friendly ready meals have you come across in M&S, Sainsburys and Asda? And where I can I get ready-made courgetti and cauliflower rice?

Aldi and other supermarkets do cauliflower rice and courgetti. I find simple things like a piece of fish or a chicken breast cooked in the oven and eaten with veg - plenty of pre-prepared packs around - very easy. There are some good veggie burgers/patties/meat-free meat balls around that you can use. The Co-op has an Italian tomato chicken ready meal and some Asian dishes which are suitable too.

M&S do a king prawn buhna I've had on the odd occasion. It's for 2 but I eat the whole pack - it's about 350 cals so not ruinous and I don't have anything else with it.

I find the 600 ml pots of fresh soup good for lunch. I have half a pot topped up with added veg. Maybe throw in some leftover cooked chicken or prawns.

You can buy pouches of pre cooked mixed pulses. These take 1 min to reheat in a microwave.
