I've tried 5:2 and had a pretty succesful outcome with it about 2yrs ago but have struggled to get back into it. My main downfall is my non fast days when I tend to go completely off the rails. I've been reading bits and pieces about having an "eating window" of 6 or 8 hours during the day when you eat mindfully and when hungry and fast for the other 18 or 16 hours. I'm thinking of trying noon until 6pm. If you're using this WOE do you do it on consecutive days or even every day ? I'm thinking of trying it Mon - Fri to allow for weekends out and socialising. Would be interested to hear more from anyone who does this. TIA
