Hormonal Imbalance and Painful Periods

Hi!

Can anyone give me advice please on anything taken to help with low progesterone levels? To give some background I have two children, I conceived them using clomid. I have always had a short luteal phase (about 10 days) which I believe has stopped me from conceiving naturally.

Several years on now and my periods are still painful. I've had recent scans and it all comes back normal, all my blood tests normal (not sure about my recent progesterone levels) but my iron levels are low. My periods are a little irregular and I get brown discharge/blood when I wipe for days before my period accompanying with pulling pains. I'd love to try and conceive naturally but also stop these horrible period pains!! I've just turned 34 so worried about my fertility now.

Has anyone taken anything to help
