Help - Morning After Pill

I just need some quick advice. I took the Morning After Pill on the 28th and it is now the 5th December. I have till got bad bloating on my lower abdomen and sometimes i get cramps. It feels like my jeans are too tight but they are not. Is this normal? I have never taken the MAP before.

I don't recall ever getting any bloating on it- no. It did always throw my cycle out though and I think delayed my normally regular period. Its only affective at preventing ovulation, so if you had already ovulated, there is still a chance of pregnancy. (I mean, there is a chance of pregnancy even when using MAP.)
Is there anything on the packet about bloating being a side affect?

I finished my period 3 days before the unprotected sex happened so my cycle days are normally 34-37 days long therefore I dont think I would of ovulated but I have seen people talk about bloating being a symptom.

I’ve had similar though I didn’t pay it much attention if I’m honest. I put it down to the hormones involved .
if you’re concerned then the GP is your first port of call or even a pharmacist as they’d be pretty up on the expected side effects but I’d be inclined to wait for your next period and see if it resolves.

Awh okay. I mean I have been letting my mind race about being pregnant because I am worried about being pregnant so maybe I am reading into it and making my mind take over my body if that makes sense.
