Combined pill while exclusively breast feeding?

Wondering if anyone has done this?
I know it's not an ideal choice but I've already had cerazette, cerrelle, norgeston, noriday, implanon, depo provera, noristat, syna press and the copper coil and I continuosly bleed on everything. I've also had 10 different combined pills and the patch and only ever found one pill I don't constantly bleed on.
There are so many reasons I don't want any of these and I feel I've done my time on all of them.

Current information says you can take the combined pill from 6-8 weeks post partum while breast feeding but am I likely to have a fight on my hands?
My milk came in really fast and I have had zero issues with milk supply. Did any other ladies find it effected their supply or how long they were able to keep feeding? (hoping to get to six months).
Had the health visitor out yesterday and she was shouting at me about it having to be the progesterone only pill (husband had to ask her to lower her voice) and I'm really worried now. I also dont want something I know for a fact I'm going to stop/want removed. Thank you in advance for any replies x

Why would you have a fight? The reason for waiting with the pill after birth was the increased risk of blood clot whilst on the pill and soon after birth as a legacy of pregnancy. The risk has been downgraded so as long as you don't have other non pregnancy risk factors eg history of blood clot, family history of blood clot, migraine with aura, obesity , high blood pressure etc there is no problem.

Thank you! The midwives were very supportive of this plan throughout my pregnancy but the health visitor was adamant it would have to be progesterone only because the combined pill would definetely decrease or eliminate my milk supply.
She never said anything about blood clots. Hoping for an understanding dr. As cute as baby is, I'm not in a rush to do it all again and just want to be covered.

Not sure about the combined pill but even the progesterone one dramatically reduced my milk supply. Never had any issues with my supply other than that. Thankfully it came back quickly once I stopped taking it. I now just track my cycles as a method of contraception.

Thank you. It is a worry. It's good to know yours came back once you stopped so I could try it and just come off it if it did happen though. I've been building a stash I have expressed in the freezer too so hopefully that would see us through anything like that.
