Hoorah! DH has finally got round to booking a vasectomy.
Having had CSecs for all of my kids I really feel that it's his turn to step up.
Just wondered what people's experiences have been really...

I was in the 10%. 5 years on still in pain, my testosterone is nearly none existant (I'm now on replacement therapy) our sex life is crap and I'm resorting to viagra as its difficult holding an erection. All this through the snip. Your turn eh. Well bugger all sex if your partner gets this crap. 10% is high and your GP wont even mention it.

No scalpel is 1 cut and not 2. They yank the vas out on a hook then fry it 3 times. One to cut and 2 to seal.

Never again. One further surgery, two pain killing injections into nuts and possible two more surgeries for denervation (nerves stripped out of groin). I've decided it's too much of a mess to risk more surgery.

Please research the common risks. Get PVPS and it can not be cured.
