Mirena Coil and Cycle

I'm suppose to get the Mirena fitted tomorrow at FPC but I have not started my period. It's over a week late.

I am definitely not pregnant due to the fact that I've barely had time to kiss my husband lately, never mind anything to create a baby, since at least my last period.

I can't cancel the appointment thanks to their stupid 'can only call Wednesday after 130' policy. My appointment is Wednesday at 1. Hmm

So I am going to go but can they fit it anyway, do you think? Does it have to be day 5 - 7?

Glad to hear it went well.
I was a bit cranky last night but absolutely no pain today.
Didn't want to say yesterday but I had a nightmare at the drs. They couldn't find my cervix (tmi sorry!) the dr had to 'grab' it with long skinny tong type things. I should've guessed that may happen, when I was in labour I didn't dilate beyond 6cms and had a c section. Cervix of steel then, by all accounts Smile

Cathy I actually was referred to FPC because of my odd cervix! They did a local on it so they could grab it and shift it and things. Smile

I am actually not cramping at the moment. I am very cranky though. Just cuz I can be. Grin
