D of E award during lockdown

So DC have had an email (presumably sent to everyone currently registered on the D of E award) telling them that lockdown doesn't have to mean they have to stop working on the award, and suggesting things that they can do from home.

One of the suggestions for the Physical section is that they do fitness videos at home. DD has (reasonably) asked how that will work when the only people who can vouch for her doing it are her parents, who can't act as assessors. There doesn't seem to be anything in the guidance. Does anyone know? DD can obviously ask the D of E lead at her school but can't at the moment as Easter holidays.

Well, she could record herself doing them presumably?

Download one of the zillions of apps there are, that record the steps you do ?
Keep a diary - a couple of sentences each day about something on the activity videos ?
Short film clips ?

Of course, none of them prove she did it all, but there has to be a certain amount of flexibility, and all the evidence together (particularly the tracked 'steps' , recorded on her phone) will all help.

My daughter has done her sport and skill and was volunteering at school (has not completed her three month doing this yet). None have been signed off yet as she was epecting to continue all those activities indefinitely.
The communication she has had is that they are reviewing how to move forward and reassured the kids that they will get their award if they've done or that there's still time to after lock down ends (as they obviously are not doing the camping/orienteering trips either). She's bronze though I think its trickier for Silver and Gold who may only be halfway through their activities.

My DS is doing bronze and we had an email from school suggesting activities to do in lockdown. He's now chosen cycling (we live semi rural) and is recording his rides on strava and will complete a diary. We have been told that given the circumstances, a parent can be their assessor if they young person can show evidence of having completed the activity.
