Solo Swimming lessons

Ive just been quoted £16 for solo swimming lessons for DS aged 3 per 30 min slot. Can anyone tell me if this is a reasonable price to pay (were in south west if that helps). Thanks

I pay £175 for 12 lessons of one to one.

So, what's that £15? Also for 30 mins I should add.

One to ones at pools near us tend to be between £15 to £18. Is there a reason you dont want to do group lessons as they are a lot cheaper about £3.50

you be, hes been doing group at 85 for 12 lessons but only seems to get about 5 mins on him per lesson plus one of the kids in group has a cougar for a mum who spends at least 5 mins flirting with the rather young instructor while the kids just hang on to the side and the rest of the parents stare open mouthed at the sheer audacity of her (to be fair to the instructor he does seem to try to get rid of her), however im too chicken to say anything.

Go for it. At age 3, your dc will have a hard time not being distracted by everything and everyone else in a group lesson. We did solo lessons for DS from age 3 and he is a much more confident swimmer than his friends who did group lessons.

We live in the same area as you and pay about that much for individual lessons.
