Hi

I have been trying to get the instructions for the following board games to no avail. I have tried contacting the company and looking at websites which list instructions.

I don't suppose anyone here has instructions for any of the following games. I would be really grateful if someone could share them with me.

*Music Box - Green board game company

*The junior oxford game

*Chasing chariots - childrens world

Many thanks

Lynsey

I found this on the Music Box game is a memory game to help teach players how to read music. Cards have bass and treble clefs, and players attempt to match these with their playing boards appropriate notes. The game may be adjusted in difficulty to accommodate growing abilities not instructions exactly but something...

Race against rival charioteers around the Roman racetrack using your action cards.

Players start with 8 cards and choose one of them simultaneously and move their chariot accordingly. Minus cards moves any other chariot backwards the number of spaces as shown on the card. Plus cards moves your chariot forwards that number of spaces. Normal cards moves your chariot forwards based on the difference between the number on your card and the lowest number played. If a player had played a normal card but had a minus card played against him then he cannot move forward that turn at all.

When all 8 cards are played another set of 8 cards are dealt to all players. The game ends when one player reaches the finishing post.

The game supports UK National Curriculum Key Stages I and II for History.

And this on Chasing Chariots

The Junior Oxford Game...I got this...like the others, from the Board Game Geek site...which I see you have been on already...but you may have missed these.

The object of the game is to move from the center of the spiral on the board to the final square of the outer circuit. Along the way, three small Oxford 'dictionaries' are collected. These are obtained by passing the special dictionary squares on the board or by winning a duel. The first player to cross the line with three dictionaries is the winner. To move forward, questions must be answered correctly. Players may choose questions from three levels easy, difficult or very difficult. Normally you can choose the level you want. Correct answers to more difficult questions make for faster progress. But beware: difficult usually means really difficult! The special squares on the board add extra excitement to the game.
