Is the NHS more likely to survive a Leave or Remain vote? Or is it screwed either way?

Will the threat of TTIP, and increased pressure on the NHS from the soaring population be the death knell of the NHS in the event of a Remain vote, or is just as likely to collapse in the event of Brexit?? Can it be saved?

What the NHS needs is for spending, as a percentage of national income, go rise towards the levels in other comparable European healthcare systems, most of which spend considerably more on health services. This is not a question that the referendum will decide.

Other European healthcare systems have some form of insurance based payments....we have the only free at the point of delivery for anyone service. That is not sustainable, especially with an ageing, more obese, more diabetic rapidly growing population, and with the medical advances being made and more expensive medication available. The Blair years proved that just throwing money at the NHS will not solve the problem - it is a system that will swallow all the money you throw at it, and still want more. It needs total reform....I don't have an answer though! I speak as someone who used to work in the NHS.

The NHS is safer outside the EU.

The UK loves the NHS and will protect it.

The EU is not interested in the NHS. It is very likely to sign away its protection from privatisation by agreeing to TTIP or something similar.
